Hiway’s sound is fast, fun, and can carry a strong message dedicated to a great theme, much like in his release “Smile”. Hiway has songs for days. According to his Spotify discography, Hiway has been releasing music since 2008. 13 years in the rap game is a testament to his commitment to learn and achieve in the hip hop world. We spoke briefly on it.
The people make it special, especially in those times when you get to meet someone who’s genuinely cool af. Osay, rapping out of Atlanta, is an extremely talented newcomer, who’s been studying the game for years. Osay’s sound is reminiscent of old school legend Biggie and 90’s rap, but with a modern vibe. I dare you not to nod your head while listening.

At 20 years old, Chach and Zvch are discussing subjects a lot of adults do not like to face. There is a message in their lyrics, one that we share here at Lyrically Rap, that we're tired of this pop rap crap, and want some good damn music.
Durand dropped his latest release, "Story Time" on Monday Aug 17th, 2020. Durand is a Lyrical Rapper from Fremont, Ohio. A midwestern neighbor of ours over here in Bloomington, Indiana. Lyrical Rap is sometimes hard to find. There’s a lot of music out there, and a lot of ways to listen to it. What the streaming platforms and radios promote, may not always be quality hip hop. If you listen to a lot lyrical rap like us, your playlist and streaming radio stations start circling around the same songs. It’s the failure of the algorithm. There are times where the algorithm works though.
