Indie/Underground Hip Hop: My Favorite Artists Part 2

Whats up yall?! I'm back with part two of my favorite indie/underground artists. The indie hip hop scene is so saturated and crazy loaded with talent right now that it can be a little overwhelming at times. That's a very good problem to have though. I'm like a kid in a hip hop candy store [...]

Cancel Eminem?! Shady Says I Don’t Think So With New Video For “Tone Deaf”

https://youtu.be/qleJpzB4q7A Oh cancel culture... Gen Z'ers are attempting to cancel Eminem for lyrics he recited in his smash hit with Rihanna from 2010, "Love The Way You Lie." The lyrics in question speak of setting his significant other on fire if she ever tried to leave him. This all began back in February when a [...]

Eminem Drops “Surpise” Album: Music to be Murdered By Side B

I'm beginning to think Em's marketing team might just know what they're doing. About a week ago rumors began circulating that the rap god was gonna be dropping some new music soon. A track list was "leaked" online and was covered by about every major hip hop media outlet there is. Now this is just [...]

New Album Drop FNX: “The Universal Frequency”

2020 has been a year full of disappointment, hardships, and chaos. The tragic death of Kobe and his daughter, the George Floyd murder along with many other deaths of black men at the hands of the police, and then you add in a worldwide pandemic, have made this year quite a horrible one. I myself [...]

The First Song of Every Eminem Album

The First Song of Every Eminem Album

Eminem has been in the game a long, long time. His first released album came out back in 1996. Infinite is lesser known but is full of raw hits, produced by Web Entertainment. Web Entertainment also produced Em's more well known release, The Slim Shady LP, which was used to sell Dr. Dre and the Aftermath label. I thought it would be fun to go back in history and take a look at all the first songs on Eminem's albums. I'm not going to rate them or anything. Everything Slim puts out is gold in my opinion. We'll just go from Infinite to Music to be Murdered By. I'll skip over the intros to each album and only grab the first song of each album.
